Who we look for
Senior operators and project leaders who would rather run things than advise on them. Typically you have 10+ years of hands-on experience as a COO, operations or transformation lead, or project and programme manager, and you have built, scaled, or fixed real businesses, not just reported on them. You are comfortable embedding inside a client's team, owning outcomes, and working remotely across APAC and Australia. Above all, you are the kind of operator founders trust with the things that actually matter.
